By using Auraly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2) Eligibility and age requirement
You must meet the minimum age requirement set by Apple App Store in your jurisdiction to download and use Auraly. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3) Service description
Auraly is a wellness app that provides music, meditation, and breathing exercise content.
4) Subscription, billing, and renewal
- In-app purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Renewal may be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation and plan management are handled in App Store subscription settings.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
5) Free and Premium access
Some content is free and some content is Premium-only. Available content and features may change over time.
6) License to use content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
7) Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activities or attempt abuse, disruption, or unauthorized automation.
8) Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.
9) Medical disclaimer
Auraly does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Content in the app is not medical advice.
10) Intellectual property
App software, content, and trademarks belong to Auraly and/or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
11) Service availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. The service relies on third-party infrastructure providers.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auraly from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
14) Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Türkiye.
15) Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16) Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version becomes effective when published in the app.

18) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For users in the European Union, you also retain the protections afforded by mandatory provisions of EU consumer protection law.
